What Qwedgi is

Qwedgi is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that delivers deeply customisable AI chat agents — trained exclusively on each client’s own business knowledge — and makes them embeddable on any website with two lines of code.

The core proposition is straightforward: a business signs up, configures their chatbot’s knowledge base and personality, and gets a drop-in JavaScript widget they can place on their website immediately. The AI agent handles sales enquiries and customer support conversations, drawing only from the information the client has designated — not from the open internet, not from other clients’ data, not from general model knowledge.

The platform is a product of Conciptual Ltd, currently in active development. Upon completion, it will be assigned to Asociația Blue Edge Waters as a self-sustaining revenue stream — a deliberate model that allows the association to generate recurring income from a technology asset without depending solely on grants or donations.

Technical architecture

Edge-deployed AI — Cloudflare Workers AI

Every chatbot response is served from Cloudflare’s global network of 300+ locations, delivering answers in milliseconds regardless of where the end user is located. There is no centralised server introducing latency — the AI runs at the edge, as close to the user as possible.

RAG — Retrieval-Augmented Generation

Each chatbot is powered by a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipeline. Rather than relying on a general-purpose LLM’s training data, the model retrieves relevant context from the client’s own knowledge base before generating a response. The result is an AI agent that answers accurately and specifically about the client’s business — and nothing else.

Knowledge base configuration

Clients populate their chatbot’s knowledge base through three methods:

• Manual input via UI — direct entry of information, FAQs, product details and instructions through the platform’s configuration interface.
• Document upload — PDF and document ingestion, parsed and indexed automatically.
• URL scraping — the platform can crawl and index content from the client’s own website, keeping the knowledge base current without manual re-entry.

Multi-tenant isolation

Each client operates in a fully isolated environment — separate data, separate API keys, separate conversation history. There is no cross-contamination between tenants. The platform is designed from the ground up for multi-client deployment, with a management layer that allows Qwedgi administrators to oversee all accounts, monitor usage and manage billing independently per client.

Drop-in integration

The client-facing widget is a single JavaScript snippet — two lines of code — that works on any website regardless of the underlying technology stack. No framework dependency, no complex setup, no developer required on the client side.

Platform features

• Usage analytics — conversation volume, token usage, response performance and chatbot activity, all visible in the client dashboard.
• Chat history — full message history for every conversation, viewable and exportable by the client.
• Widget customisation — colours, positioning, greeting messages and personality configuration available on Business tier and above.
• Removed branding — Qwedgi branding can be removed on Business and Custom plans, allowing white-label deployment.

Pricing model

Qwedgi operates on a per-seat monthly subscription with five tiers — Free, Pro, Business, Non-Profit and Custom — scaling from a free entry point for testing through to fully bespoke enterprise arrangements with unlimited messages, custom AI models and dedicated support.

The Non-Profit tier is subsidised — eligible organisations receive 1,000 messages per month at no cost, with dedicated support and widget customisation included. This reflects the platform’s broader mission and its eventual ownership by Asociația Blue Edge Waters.

The Custom tier supports enterprise deployments with unlimited messages, unlimited chatbots, custom AI models, custom integrations and a dedicated support arrangement.

A product built for transfer

Qwedgi is being built by Conciptual Ltd as a fully commercial SaaS product — with production-grade architecture, a clear pricing model and a scalable multi-tenant foundation. Upon completion, ownership of the platform will be assigned to Asociația Blue Edge Waters, providing the association with a recurring revenue stream that supports its environmental and social mission independently of grant funding.

It is an unconventional model, but a deliberate one: technology built to sustain a cause.
