Bespoke Floor Finishing Website — Quality Euro Floors
The brief
Quality Euro Floors was a specialist subsidiary of Euro Floors London Ltd, focused exclusively on the bespoke finishing segment of the hardwood flooring business — on-site refinishing and staining at the customer’s property, and bespoke pre-finishing at their own facility prior to installation.
The brief was to build a dedicated website that clearly communicated the service and gave prospective B2C customers a way to estimate the cost of their project before making an enquiry.
What we built
A WordPress website on shared cPanel hosting, with a bespoke interactive price estimation module — allowing customers to input their floor dimensions and condition and receive an indicative cost estimate. This reduced unqualified enquiries and gave customers the confidence to proceed.
A business paused by circumstance
Quality Euro Floors launched in 2019 and operated until Covid-19 and the subsequent restructuring of Euro Floors London Ltd brought the division to a halt in 2022. The website is no longer live, but a snapshot from September 2019 is preserved on the Wayback Machine.
