Services

Conciptual LTD provides business consulting and digital solutions including web development, SEO, branding, and related services.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Intellectual Property

All work products created by Conciptual LTD remain our property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Conciptual LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
